Active Sport Sunglasses Return / Exchange Policy

Active Sport Sunglasses #1 goal is customer satisfaction.  To insure your satisfaction, we have detailed our return / exchange policy below. (revised 2/6/2012)

Returns for Refund 

Active Sport Sunglasses will issue a refund in the event of a refund request.  Please review the following conditions and terms:

  • You must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing us at support@activesportsunglasses.com within 14 CALENDAR DAYS of delivery.  We will reply, in most cases within 24 hrs, with your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.  Items MUST be issued an Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return.

  • RMA is valid for 7 business days (unless otherwise specified).  Returns MUST be post marked within this 7 day period.  We will NOT accept returns that have NOT been sent back in a timely manner

  • All Items MUST be in CLEAN & NEW in UNUSED condition and must include all accessories, instructions, stickers, and manufacture packaging.  Any return received dirty or missing accessories will be sent back to customer at their expense.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Manufacture Packaging MUST be intact and undamaged.  DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO US IN ENVELOPES, this WILL cause damage.

  • Items returned for refund will be charged a 15% restock fee to cover shipping and packaging costs.  Exchanges are not subject to restock fee.  (If new order of equal or greater value is placed within 30 days of return the 15% restock fee will be applied to new order)

  • The customer is responsible for any/all return shipping charges.

  • Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.

  • Replacement Lenses and Parts are non-refundable/non-exchangeable

  • Returns/Exchanges sent to us without RMA will be rejected.

Once your item is received, Active Sport Sunglasses will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase within 7 business days (In the order return is received).  It can take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card balance (times vary greatly based on credit card issuing bank).  If Paypal was used for payment, refund will be issued to the Paypal account that was used to make purchase.

Exchanges

Active Sport Sunglasses will be happy to exchange any item for another product.  The following conditions MUST be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • Exchanges will be sent to the original address used for order.  We cannot ship exchanges to alternate addresses.

  • Returns/Exchanges sent to us without RMA will be rejected.

There are two methods an exchange can be handled (customers decision)

  1. The customer can purchase new pair at anytime.  After returning unwanted item, with issued RMA, a refund will be issued.  (This method is much faster as you new sunglass order will be processed immediately and shipped to you.)  If this method is used the 15% restock fee will be waived

  2. The customer can send the unwanted item to us, once RMA is issued, with enclosed instruction on new item requested.  If the replacement item is of less cost a refund for the balance will be issued to the credit card used for original order.  If new item requested is of greater cost than the original order, the balance will be charged to the credit card originally used for purchase.

Exception to Return / Exchange Policy

Please notify us if making an eyewear purchase as a gift at time of purchase.  If notification is given at time of purchase, we can extend the return period to allow trial fit.  Gift return policy MUST be agreed to before making purchase.



Damages:
ALL Damages MUST be reported to us within 3 Calendar Days of delivery.  If item being purchased is a gift or for someone else, it is strongly suggest you inspect the item upon delivery.  We will NOT accept damaged items for exchange or refund if damage is not reported within 3 business days of delivery.
